Tallahassee Genealogical Society’s 2020 Seminar - Genealogical Research Methods

Presented by Tallahassee Genealogical Society at Workforce Development Center, Tallahassee Community College

Annette Burke Lyttle is the featured speaker and brings 30+ years of genealogical experience to the table. She has led workshops at the local, state and national level, and is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and the Genealogical Speakers Guild. Backed by a lifelong interest in her family history and the past seven years as a full-time genealogist, Ms. Lyttle will tackle some of the most basic and important topics to guide your efforts.

The seminar theme is “Genealogical Research Methods" with four sessions: Genealogical Proof for the Everyday Genealogist; Timelines: A Path to Your Next Research Steps; How Research Plans Can Up Your Genealogical Game; and Chasing Uncle William through the Wilds of Cyberspace.

Early registration (until January 18th) is $35 for Society members; $40 for non-members; which  includes a continental breakfast and a complimentary bag lunch. Space permitting, registration at the door on the day of the seminar is $40, with lunch on your own.
