Work with artist Eliza Schneider-Green to make your own artful cards!
This workshop will cover the basics of hand-lettering, using paint and a brush. You will learn beginner techniques for cursive and block lettering, as well as develop a unique font based on your natural handwriting, and learn the basics of card-making. Rather than seeing lettering only as a tool for communication, you will learn to view it as a form of art, as you practice slowing down and treating each letter as an individual painting. Walk out with a deeper appreciation for hand-lettering and with a new skill that you can apply to your daily life - just in time for the holidays!
Registration is available now via our website, by phone, or in person at LeMoyne Arts. We ask you register prior to the class as spots are limited.
