We are disappointed to announce that Boston’s Grammy-nominated string orchestra has had to cancel its performance in Thomasville Entertainment Foundation’s 82nd performance series. We are working to reschedule this performance!
An 18-member string orchestra, A Far Cry performs many of their pieces from memory, including works by Elgar, Mozart and Tchaikovsky. Based in Boston, the group is self-conducted and has developed a distinct approach to music-making, with playing and programming that encourage risk-taking and exploration for both player and audience.
Tickets are $38 for adults, $15 for students. All seats are reserved.
