The Moonchildren Staged Reading

The Moonchildren Staged Reading

Presented by White Mouse Theatre Productions at Student Services Building

Congrats to our new Playwriting Fellow: Liam Wirsansky!

This will be a time to come and give him feedback on his play The Moonchildren. We are super excited to help Liam grow his piece.

The Playwright Fellowship is a year-long partnership designed to help develop a new original work from the selected playwright. The piece will be workshopped with a director through a rehearsal process in preparation for a staged reading of the piece in October. Immediately after the reading, the floor will be open for an open dialogue between the playwright/production team and the audience to receive feedback and suggestions to further improve the play. Over winter break, the playwright will make final adjustments to the script and together with the director will put on a fully-staged production of the piece in Spring 2020. White Mouse will provide rehearsal spaces and a performance space for both the staged reading and full production, assist in organizing auditions, and provide a production team to help turn the project into a reality.
