Come enjoy a brief presentation followed by a film screening hosted by the State Archives and the Tallahassee Film Society.
Join the State Archives of Florida and the Tallahassee Film Society for the most chilling of film events, just in time for Halloween.
Come to All Saints Cinema on Wednesday, October 30 for a special screening of the 1954 film "Creature From the Black Lagoon." State Archives Social Media Coordinator Elizabeth Loeffelman will be on hand before the screening with a brief presentation on world-famous photographer Bruce Mozert, who took a number of behind-the-scenes production photos of "Creature" and its sequels as they were being filmed on location in Florida.
October is American Archives Month, and all month long the State Archives is celebrating our spooky theme, Tales From the Archives, with events that bring to light our darker side. Learn more about our other events here: archivesflorida.com/archivesmonth
