Join us at the Museum of Florida History on the second Saturday of each month for hands-on history for every member of the family.
Long before the arrival of Europeans, native people had trade routes that spanned more than 1,000 miles! Families can practice trading items common to Mississippian communities while learning about native people. Copper was one of many items traded. Learn about its uses by making your own copper breastplate.
The program, admission, and parking are free. The program runs from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
