Fiddlin'

Fiddlin'

Presented by Tallahassee Film Society at All Saints Cinema

"Fiddlin" is a foot-stomping celebration of true Americana and artistic expression. This hopeful, inspiring documentary shines a light on what is best of America. Filmed in the Appalachian Mountains at the World's Oldest Fiddler's Convention, this film shows the uplifting and healing power of music. With multi-generations jamming together and kids holding instruments instead of phones, it truly feels like we have taken a step back in time.

Special Guests:
Wayne Martin from Blountstown (pictured above), thrice winner of stateside fiddle contests, will perform on his fiddle a few of his favorite musical pieces on October 12 and 13. Wayne will be accompanied by Tallahassean guitar player Steve Hodges.
