Dr. Jonathan Sheppard  is the executive director at Mission San Luis: Florida’s Apalachee-Spanish Living History Museum in Tallahassee. He studied at F.S.U. and has researched two books on Civil War history as it relates to Florida.

In addition to his "day job", Dr. Sheppard continues being interested in historical research. During his research he has found unexpected information in odd or unexpected locations, which he will present at the meeting.  It is expected his personal experiences will offer ideas to our members for their own family history research.

The meeting will be held in Program   Room A of the downtown public library, 200 W. Park Ave.  Sharing time is at 1:30pm and the meeting starts at 2pm.
