We will be visiting the tropics, Florida style with this delicious class taught by Chef Jessica Bright McMullen.

Conch fritters with citrus remoulade sauce will start the evening. Then, you'll think you've arrived in the Conch Republic as you dine on coconut fried shrimp with a tamarind mustard sauce, accompanied by our famous mango coleslaw. We will finish the meal by making our award-winning key lime pie. Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; guests may bring a favorite beverage if desired.

Our quaint kitchen cottage is nestled between Joe’s Bike Shop and Quarter Moon Imports in the Cottages at Lake Ella in Tallahassee.
From Monroe Street, head east on the little road next to Quarter Moon Imports – also called Monroe Street – and park immediately. From Lake Ella Drive – which is the loop around the lake – head south at Black Dog Cafe and park at the end of that road.
