We will cook with the famous flavors from India found in chicken tikka masala, served with refreshing and cool raita (cucumber & yogurt salad) over spiced basmati rice. Additional menu items will include naan, chai, and a delicious mango mousse for dessert. Learn about Indian style curries and how to make your own. *Recipes taught for this class are gluten-free; cauliflower tikka masala will be available for any vegetarians in this class. “Food is not rational. Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; guests may bring a favorite beverage if desired. Please book your reservation in advance.

Our quaint kitchen cottage is nestled between Joe’s Bike Shop and Quarter Moon Imports in the Cottages at Lake Ella in Tallahassee.
From Monroe Street, head east on the little road next to Quarter Moon Imports – also called Monroe Street – and park immediately. From Lake Ella Drive – which is the loop around the lake – head south at Black Dog Cafe and park at the end of that road.
