Member-Guest Reception From the Cedar Chest: Southern Quilting, 1830s to Today

Members of Gadsden Arts, their guests, and nonmembers are invited to celebrate the opening of From the Cedar Chest: Southern Quilting, 1830s to Today. At 6:30pm, the Curator will present about quilting traditions developed America over the past two centuries and how these traditions are shared in the Gadsden Arts exhibition, From the Cedar Chest. Learn the personal stories behind the quilts and explore patterns passed down through generations of families from the Big Bend region of North Florida.
