When you read an obituary in the newspaper, do you think about the person who "put pen to paper"? Do you worry that some of the information is inaccurate because a family member may have been understandably distracted  when being asked for the person's place of birth?

This month's meeting will discuss obituaries from a genealogical perspective: offering ideas on what to include in an obituary as well as information on writing an obituary (whether for yourself or a loved one).

The meeting will be held in Program Room A of the downtown public library, 200 W. Park Ave.  Sharing time is at 1:30pm and the meeting starts at 2pm.
