The Carrabelle community invites you to join in the celebration of the 26th Annual Carrabelle Riverfront Festival as this year it discovers the Legend of Tate's Hell. This two-day event is being held Friday, April 22, 4 p.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday, April 23, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Marine Street along the beautiful Carrabelle Riverwalk. Admission is FREE and open to the public.
This year's celebration will incorporate new features as we explore the Legend of Tate's Hell as well as bringing back many of our most popular traditions. Some of the activities planned so far include the 10th Anniversary Fishy Fashion Show; an expanded Pirates of the Carrabellean Kids’ Zone including carnival-style amusement rides; ever popular Pirate Training Camp; Forgotten Coast Cruiser Antique Car Show; "Tate's Hell and Back" 5K Run/Walk; Tate's Hell State Forest Youth Activity Event; the fun-filled Pet Show; the Procession of Species, a colorful, costume parade; unusual and colorful arts and crafts vendors; the Treasure of Gullet's Cove with local seafood vendors and traditional “fair foods"; and an array of maritime and landlubber history and educational exhibitors; and festive knee slapping – boot stomping music.
