You’re invited to our next storytime on June 23^rd at 2pm when local author T.B. Darks will be reading her children’s book, Wash Day. Join Nina on her wacky Wash Day adventure as she teaches the little girls of today confidence and self-love, wearing her natural hair and loving the process. Darks is a budding intellectual originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. Currently studying at FAMU in the disciplines of Sociology and Philosophy, Darks hopes to influence the community through her actions and by educating the public.

We believe in the importance of reading aloud to children and encouraging them to find their love of reading. By holding a weekly Storytime every Sunday at 2pm in our kids’ section we’ll share our love of books. We hope you’ll join us on our journey to encourage and make reading fun!
