Join us between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 3, for Backyard Discovery at The Grove Museum!

Backyard Discovery connects you to the natural and cultural history of the site through hands-on science activities. August's program is all about archaeology! Visitors will get up-close and personal with some of the historic artifacts found at The Grove Museum, while learning how to be good archaeological stewards.

This program is designed for families with elementary and middle school aged children, but all are welcome to participate. Be prepared to be outdoors, wear closed-toed shoes, and bring along sunscreen and bug spray.

Backyard Discovery at The Grove is FREE and open to the public.

Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the grounds after the program, and tour the museum from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
