New documentary, Oceans: Our Blue Planet 3D opens June 7th at the Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee’s IMAX Theater
Oceans: Our Blue Planet 3D takes us on a global odyssey to discover the largest and least explored habitat on earth. New ocean science and technology has allowed us to go further into the unknown than we ever thought possible. From the coastal shallows to deeper, more mysterious worlds, we reveal the untold stories of the oceans' most astonishing
creatures.
Dolphins leap for joy through the waves, as we begin our journey into the blue. Our first stop is the coral reefs, where we meet fascinating characters like the ingenious tusk fish that uses a tool to open its food. In the great forests of the sea, we find a cunning octopus who shields herself in an armoury of shells to hide from predators. As we journey through our oceans, we share these extraordinary discoveries and uncover a spectacular world of life beneath the waves.
Oceans: Our Blue Planet 3D is sponsored locally in part through the Council on Culture and Arts’ Cultural Grant Program, funded by the City of Tallahassee and Leon County.

PUBLIC PARKING
The Kleman Parking Garage is the closest public parking garage to the Challenger Learning Center (CLC). It is adjacent to the CLC on Kleman Plaza. Entrances to the Kleman Parking Garage are located on South Duval and South Bronough Streets. The rates are follows:
Additional parking is available at metered street spots and other public lots located throughout downtown Tallahassee.
Buses: Buses should pull into the bus ramp on College Ave. Enter the bus ramp by traveling South on Bronough St. and turning left onto College Ave. The bus ramp will be on the immediate right. The bus ramp is for drop off and pick up only. Parking is available at the Leon County Civic Center (free for Leon County Schools; $35 for all other buses), the Governor’s Square Mall, or in the free parking lot at the corner of Gaines Street and Duval Street.
