Tallahassee Jr. Woman's Club and the newly formed Artists Helping Artists (AHA) Tallahassee present "Artists Overflow, a sale of artwork and art supplies". Local artists have joined together to create a unique opportunity for art lovers and art students to not only be able to buy completed pieces of art but also purchase art supplies at a considerable reduction from retail prices. Various mediums of art will be represented including drawing and painting; clay, polymer clay and metal clay; beading, jewelry and wirework just to name a few. Explore not only your favorite type art but also those that you have considered trying out. Or simply add to your current art supply stash. Who doesn't need more art supplies?!?! A silent auction will be ongoing during the event with items donate by AHA. All proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the various community organizations supported by TJWC including HOPE Community, Kids, Inc., The Tallahassee Museum, and Sleep in Heavenly Peace. Threads Worldwide, a free trade organization, will be also be showcasing their artisan partners.
