Join local gathering place and retail store Hearth & Soul for a cheesy good time with MacKenzie Smith of Grilled Cheese Social as she debuts her first book - “Grilled Cheese Social: Super Fun Recipes for Super Fun Times.” MacKenzie (who is based in New Smyrna Beach and is a graduate of FSU) will be at Hearth & Soul all day on Thursday, April 25th to share her tasty take on cheese and accroutements. The events lined up include a cheesy charcuterie board demo and tasting in the mid-afternoon at 1 p.m. and a Grilled Cheese Social happy hour (complete with cheese pulling demos) at 5:30 p.m.
