The FSU Department of Art Education would like to invite the Tallahassee community to take part in a mural project beginning March 5th through March 17th.
Hosted in collaboration in collaboration with FSU's Opening Nights, the Holocaust Education Resource Council (HERC), and Tallahassee Community College, the Mural Project will be a valuable opportunity for the community to come together to create a lasting impact on the city of Tallahassee.
Students and educators from the Department of Art Education will be present to assist the community with painting the mural. Groups are welcome! If possible, please let us know what day/time your group will be coming to the site.
All painting materials, including brushes, are provided at the site. It is advised for volunteers to please wear clothing they wouldn’t mind getting messy in and bring water and snacks if necessary.
This event is free and open to the public. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
