The town of Simply, Alabama has a total of 2,340 women, but only 230 men, thanks to the new Toyota factory a few counties away. While the men have left to follow the factory jobs, the ladies have retired to the Simply Diner, a local hangout for food, conversation, and camaraderie. Although their itch of loneliness remains, there's a possibility that it can be scratched now that a new, mysterious man has come to town.
