Guided walk focusing on history, ecology, and sustainability
Join Grove staff and the North American Butterfly Association – Hairstreak Chapter for a guided walk around the grounds and conversation about natural history, local ecology, and environmental sustainability.
In celebration of Archaeology Month, the Florida Panhandle Archaeological Network will also be joining the walk to teach visitors about responsible archaeological site stewardship. We will learn about some of the historic glass and pottery found at The Grove Museum and opportunities for citizen science.
Visit the museum before or after the walk and enjoy exhibits from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
The Nature Walk will begin at 10:30 AM and last about 1 1/2 hours. Guests can join or leave at anytime.
This event is FREE and OPEN to the public!
