The Piano Institute is designed to be an intensive pre-collegiate program for students to play piano that focuses on building technique, refining interpretation, and preparing for performances.
The Piano Institute is designed for advanced, pre-collegiate piano students to receive instruction directly from FSU Faculty members. Instruction will focus on building technique, refining interpretation, and preparing for performances. It features 2 private lessons per week, daily music theory and piano literature classes, and performance in masterclasses, all taught by members of the FSU Keyboard Faculty. Students will also have ample time for individual practice. This camp is by audition only. All auditions are due by March 3rd. Please visit our website for audition details.
Registration for camp is now open. You can register online or by mailing in a registration form. Day Camper Price: $495.00 (Includes tuition only. No housing or meals.) Night Camper Price: $918.00 ($968 for PLUS) - (Includes tuition and housing with three meals per day). A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at registration. Balance of camp fees are due by May 27.

Ruby Diamond Concert Hall - Florida State University

General parking is available in the St. Augustine Garage located on the corner of Pensacola and Copeland Streets, and the Call Street Garage located on corner of Call and Macomb Streets. Accessible parking is available at the North Entrance of Ruby Diamond Concert Hall and along Convocation Way. The accessible entrance drop-off area is located at the north entrance of Ruby Diamond (the roundabout) and may be accessed by Convocation Way. Elevators are available to take patrons to the appropriate floor. Ushers will help direct patrons to the elevators.
