For the 14th consecutive year, Shorts HD and Magnolia Pictures present the Oscar-Nominated Short Films. This is your annual chance to predict the winners (and have the edge in your Oscar pool)!
If you need a distraction from mainstream films, there are 19 Oscar-nominated short movies quietly soliciting your attention along with that of the academy voters. The short-film nominees are often unsung awards-season highlights, too easily overlooked except for office-pool balloting purposes. This is a shame, since in about three 90 minutes +/- sessions, you could take a remarkably wide-ranging tour of -world cinema – animated, live action and documentary.
