Midtown Reader is proud to continue our partnership with Tallahassee’s Holocaust Education Resource Council, bringing you our first Read-to-Lead panel of 2019.
On January 22nd we will host a Holocaust Remembrance Read-to-Lead, in honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day (Jan 27th). Midtown Reader's Read-to-Lead panels are unique events that bring together leaders from various Tallahassee communities to discuss the books that made them who they are today.
Our Holocaust Remembrance Read-to-Lead panel will be moderated by Linda Davey, the director of Education for the HERC, and Dr. Monte Finkelstein, the former dean of the history department at Tallahassee Community College.
Panelists will be discuss some of the books that most influenced their lives, and the titles will be available for purchase from Midtown Reader. Come for an engaging and important discussion, and leave with some great new reads!
