This spring music celebration sponsored by Southern Music Rising brings world famous musicians to Monticello. Thousands come to enjoy this wonderful annual event. Live music begins at 10 AM and features over 20 performances on three stages. The daytime show features newcomers Chris Henry and the Hardcore Grass, and old favorites Slim Fatz, Brian Smalley, and Sam Pacetti. Headlining the evening show is Atlanta's Bill Sheffield, followed by Tallahassee's The New 76ers. Dance to the tunes of the Allie Cats in the Opera House garden, for the after party.

There is plenty of street parking around the building on all sides. There is also a large city lot across from the courthouse. After hours (after 5 pm) the Monticello News allows us to make use of their lot. Street parking around the back of the building is also available.
