2nd Annual Scott Campbell Feed the Community Festival

2nd Annual Scott Campbell Feed the Community Festival

Presented by Quarter Moon Imports at The Shops at Lake Ella

The Scott Campbell Feed the Community Festival is a food drive and fundraiser for America’s Second Harvest of the Big Bend. It will be held at the stage at the Cottages on Lake Ella on Sunday November 4th from 12-5pm. The event features live music all day, a silent auction, food trucks and children’s activities. Festival attendees are encouraged to BRING A BAG OF NON PERISHABLE FOOD. Our goal is to fill the giant Second Harvest Truck and raise money for further food procurement.

This festival is a revival of the Feed the Community Festival that ran for 10 years at Lake Ella from 1996-2005 and then again in 2008, sponsored by Locally Owned Tallahassee. During those years, our festival food drives were the largest food drives of the year for Second Harvest. Scott Campbell was a much beloved and generous member of our musical community. He volunteered his incredible musical talent for all ten years of the Feed the Community Festival. He passed away on January 25th 2017 and we have brought back this festival in his honor.
