Dance conditioning for strength and flexibility.
This class focuses on strengthening and increasing flexibility through combined elements of ballet, floor barre, pilates, and yoga. Students need a yoga mat, hand weights, a resistance band, and water. Wear fitness clothes/dancewear and dance shoes or socks.
