Opening Reception for annual Brush Strokes exhibition

Presented by Council on Culture & Arts (COCA) at City Hall Galleries

More than thirty watercolor artists will be selected to show their exquisite work in this years’ Tallahassee Watercolor Society Members Exhibition.  On display are paintings that cover a wide range of techniques, colors, and subjects. Works focus on traditional Florida subject matter as well as imagery inspired by everyday life.  This highly competitive annual juried exhibition includes artists from throughout Florida and Georgia including many local favorites.

The artists whose work has been selected for this years' show are: Lee Albion, Sherry Allen, Susan Allen, Deas Bohn, Rosie Coleman, Dana Daydodge, Nancy Dias, Marina, Doyle-Brown, Kathleen Durdin, Rosemary Ferguson, Bernice Fuduloff, Harold Griner, Marty Holland, Michele Tabor Kimbrough, Laurence Kolk, Duke Kraai, Lynne Kroll, Jennifer Lange, Carol Little-Wilson, Rene Lynch, Ronald Malone, William McKeown, Deborah Morningstar, Donna Morrison, Yoshiko Murdick, Daryl Nicholson, Rosemary Segreti , Karol Selvaggio, Janis Spitzer, Don Taylor, Virginia Thorne, and Gail Watson.

If you can't make it to the opening reception, you can still see the exhibit through Oct. 8.
