L3X Lifelong Learning Extravaganza Launch Parties

Presented by Tallahassee Senior Center at Tallahassee Senior Center Art Gallery

Our 9th annual L3X—Lifelong Learning Extravaganza will take place during the entire month of September! This is a Lifelong Learning event focused on eXploring, eXamining, and eXperiencing art, culture, history, nature, and science through classes, tours, field trips, and entertainment!

L3X will feature over 50 classes, tours, workshops, recreational activities, field trips and entertainment on the broad themes of art, music, science, history, culture, food and drink. Some favorites from previous years are Happy Goats Make Happy Soap, Zentangle, and a tour of the Florida Archives. Some exciting new programs are: learning to mix beer cocktails, touring a cave, the history of calligraphy, Fusion of Poetry and Music, and trivia night at the Historic Capitol Museum. This year’s presenting sponsor is Capital City Trust Company.
