Join us for our annual VisitTallahassee T.O.U.R. Day. We’re partnering with the Florida Historic Capitol Museum for this fun-filled event.
Visitors can compete in a Photograph Scavenger Hunt that covers both museums. Pick up your first clue at either site’s visitor desk. Find the featured artifact, take a selfie, and move on to the next clue! Visitors who complete the hunt at both sites can show their final photo from both sites at either the visitor desk at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum or at the History Shop at the Museum of Florida History to receive a special prize. Share your findings on social media by using the hashtag #iHeartTally.
We will also have button making located in the Museum lobby, where visitors can create their own designs highlighting their trip to the Museum.
The Florida Historic Capitol Museum will have a special kid-friendly Juice and Cookies tour of the Museum at 11:00 am, followed by a fun craft activity appropriate for guests ages 3 and up. RSVP for the FREE tour at https://fhcmjuiceandcookies.eventbrite.com. Snacks at 11:00; tour activity at 11:30.
Both events are free and open to the public.
