Learn about Brazilian culture, get a great workout, and have fun all at the same time with Samba! This summer, Omega is offering 3 brand new mini-sessions, perfect for beginners and returning dancers alike.
Each our of summer sessions has a focus on a specific topic so students will feel more confident with each session they attend. Each class, we will review and drill basics, eventually building up into combinations. Samba is a social dance, so all levels of dancers, including beginners, are free to join in! Please note that these classes do not cover partner/ballroom-style Samba.
Session I (June 3-24): Samba Basics & Footwork
Start your summer off right with the foundations of Samba no Pé. We will also focus on footwork so you can learn to strut your stuff like a Rio Passista!
