COCA Conversations: Overcoming Obstacles with Sara Marchessault

Join COCA for a conversation on how to overcome obstacles with local arts entrepreneur and business coach, Sara Marchessault, on May 1, 2018 from 11:30am - 1:00pm at COCA. 

We all face obstacles in every facet of our lives. Whether you are running a business, family, or all of the above, there are often hurdles that get your way. Having the right tools to face them is half of the battle. Sara Marchessault, The Joyful Journaler, will share some of her tips to better equip yourself for anything that life throws your way. 

Sara Marchessault has experience as a professor, learning consultant, trainer, and life coach. She’s the author of Beyond Pen & Paper: 33 Experiments in Journaling, The Vision Journal, and My Life My Words: A Keepsake Journal for Future Generations. Sara currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Tallahassee Community College, owns a publishing company where she publishes journals and books written by kids, for kids, and is the Director of the Word of South Festival.
