Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, all experience levels are welcome. Be sure to bring a water bottle, towel and/or blanket, yoga mat and a smile. In the event of inclement weather, the class will held indoors at the Gardeners Cottage. This is a Florida Park Fit program. Florida Park Fit's objective is to provide visitors new recreation opportunities through professional trainer-led resource-based recreation.
