An annual drag pageant designed to highlight the immense talent that exists within Tallahassee and North Florida’s drag performance community.

Join us on Saturday, April 14th, as the Miss Tallahassee PrideFest 2018 Pageant returns to Hotel Duval’s immaculate Horizons Ballroom! The reigning Miss Tallahassee PrideFest Danity Sanchez will present the crown to a new diva of Tallahassee.

The process of getting into character as a drag queen or king can take hours. Each performer may aim for a particular style, impression, or unique message with their look. Drag pageants may include individual components focused on overall presentation, talent, or even a focus on evening gowns or formal wear. Drag is a truly recognizable form of art with deep roots in the history of the LGBTQ community.
