The acclaimed Emerson String Quartet performs an evening of chamber music, with works by Haydn, Beethoven and Barber.
Thomasville Entertainment Foundation's 80th anniversary concert series continues with a Friday evening performance by the Emerson String Quartet. These four artists - Eugene Drucker (violin); Philip Setzer (violin); Lawrence Dutton (viola); Paul Watkins (cello) – are among chamber music’s most highly sought after performers. Over the past four decades, the Emerson String Quartet has made more than 30 recordings and been awarded nine Grammys, three Gramophone Awards and the Avery Fisher Prize, among others.
Tickets are $38 for adults, $15 for students. All seats are reserved.
