February 2018 Exhibit - Robert Moore

Meet the Artist Reception: Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018 @ 11 a.m.

The Hardee Center for the Arts is honored to exhibit work by NFCC art student and retired architect Robert Moore. Moore’s exhibit features abstract paintings created during NFCC’s Fall Term 2017. Each piece is a result of Moore’s intuitive painting process and interest in the formal aspects of composition: line, color, shape, form and space.

About his process, Robert says, “Painting in the abstract allows me freedom to create with a great latitude regarding hues, lines and interaction of shapes and spaces. All design elements come into play and combining them provides me with motivational challenges.”

Join us for a "Meet the Artist" reception on Feb. 21 at 11 a.m. Refreshments will be served. Open to the public. Regular Gallery Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
