Presented by Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra at Southwood Central Park Lake

The TSO Pops in the Park is a springtime tradition of outdoor music overlooking Southwood’s Central Park Lake!

There is no better way to celebrate the arrival of Tallahassee’s glorious spring than by gazing skyward into a clear night while your Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra serenades you from the stage. Southwood’s beautiful Central Park Lake forms a fantastic setting for the spectacular sounds of the symphony. Children can be seen playing and dancing on the lawn while their parents enjoy picnic dinners brought from home or purchased on site. This year's program is set, and it promises to be a great evening of American music of ALL KINDS, including:

Duke Ellington Medley

Selections from West Side Story

Music from Frozen

Hot Soul Medley

Gonna Fly Now

and,

An American Salute

with a special appearance by FAMU's Marching 100! Join the TSO, conducted by Dr. Alex Jimenez, for an evening of music representing the Great American Sound as the TSO Pops returns to Southwood!

Admission Info

Advance adult tickets are $10, $15 at the door. Kids are FREE!

Tables of 8 may be reserved for $500.

Meal for 8 may be pre-ordered for $250 (includes deluxe picnic dinner and 2 bottles of wine)

Gates open at 5:30 pm, concert starts at 7 pm. Picnics and coolers are allowed. There will also be food vendors on-site and face painting for the little ones!
