Policy Pub: Could the Next Water Crisis Be in Tallahassee?

Presented by FSU College of Social Sciences and Public Policy at Backwoods Bistro

The FSU College of Social Sciences and Public Policy presents Associate Professor of Sociology Katrinell Davis, whose research interests focus on urban inequalities, the sociology of poverty, and the social determinants of health.

Dr. Davis will talk about her work on the Flint Water crisis and how this kind of disaster could happen in any of America’s cities.

After the brief talk, the public will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in dialogue on the topic.

Policy Pubs take place in a relaxed social atmosphere. They are free and open to the general public. No experience or prior knowledge is required.
