The 1000 Mentors Strong group is dedicated to changing young lives in Tallahassee and community. Through meaningful leadership, the committee works to promote mentoring opportunities to the public. In partnership with the Mayor of Tallahassee, Andrew Gillum, the 1000 Mentors Strong group will host this awards event to recognize outstanding mentors and provide information to prospective mentors about the variety of mentoring programs in our community including the Mentoring in the Arts Program.
