Chic Verte is a collection of one-of-a-kind jewelry and accessories artfully handcrafted by award winning designer Lisa Sheryle Phipps. Each piece reveals a hidden sophistication in natural materials historically dismissed as unrefined.
Chic Verte demonstrates a deep respect for the environment by primarily using found materials such as naturally fallen wood, feathers and antler sheds. These items have been discarded by nature, rescued from decay, and given new purpose. Each piece strikes a balance between the raw nature of the materials and the refinement of the South.
The inspiration for Chic Verte was the natural milieu of her family's historic plantation in Tallahassee, however the aesthetic is more rich than one would expect. The finished pieces evoke a rustic luxury and refinement while reflecting a celebration of nature.
