A music therapy benefit sponsored by Heart of Bluegrass and hosted by the Bradfordville Blues Club. All proceeds go towards The Alzheimer’s Project- Music Therapy Program.
The Third Annual Heart of Bluegrass (HOB) music benefit is coming to Tallahassee on Sunday, October 29, to strum up awareness and support for the Alzheimer’s Project, Inc. Music Therapy Program.
This year Heart of Bluegrass is proud to announce a wide variety of Bluegrass talent, including Flatt Lonesome, International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA)’s 2017 Vocal Group of the Year. Other Bluegrass favorites include Monroe Street Band, The Kenny Hill Band, The Adventures of Annabelle Lyn, Crossroads, Urban Hillbilly, Sharp Flatpickers, along with featured artists Mickey Abraham, Max Tillman and Cody Enfinger.
HOB is an informal group of Bluegrass friends in the Tallahassee, Florida and South Georgia area founded in 2013. The purpose of the group is to raise funds to donate to a charitable organization to enhance music therapy services to clients, through an annual Bluegrass family-friendly festival.
