Ancient Art of Lantern Making

Ancient Art of Lantern Making

Presented by Crooked River Lighthouse at Rio Carrabelle

Don’t miss our very popular Lantern-Making Workshop. At this workshop you will be making beautiful traditional star-shaped lanterns with Aurora Hansen and members of the Filipino American Society of Tallahassee. At the end of the workshop, take home your new lovely lantern. For a donation of just $5 you will receive materials, instruction and hands-on help.

Participants are then encouraged to bring their glowing creation to the Lantern Fest birthday celebration for the Crooked River Lighthouse on Saturday, October 21, from 6-10 pm. For more info on Lantern Fest: https://www.facebook.com/events/274108749739668
