Experience Interval Training the Nia way! Dance Arts, Martial Arts and Mindfulness all-in-one class!
Nia Move IT is a Nia Technique Specialty Program:
It is a cardiovascular Interval Training class that helps you: burn fat, increase the flexibility & mobility in your joints and tones your body while transforming your mind. In this class, you’ll shift from one move to the next every 60 seconds progressively dancing through all Nia 52 Moves to tribal, electronic, and rhythmic beats that will ignite your spirit while making you sweat! End every class with a relaxing cool down to enhance breathing and the flow of energy throughout your whole body to release tension and to melt away your stress.
Move IT classes are designed to deliver 4 types of conditioning: cardiovascular (aerobic and metabolic/ anaerobic) conditioning, voluntary (conscious/mindful) conditioning, and reflexive (spontaneous/unconscious) conditioning.
Class details:
• class is taken barefoot (or in thin soft-sole shoes)
• bring a water bottle, a towel and dress in comfortable workout clothes
• no experience necessary | all abilities welcomed
NOTE: It is highly recommend that you take at least 2-3 classes in order to give your body & mind an opportunity and the time it needs to process and to embrace something new like Nia.
