Join us for great contra dances to live music in the ballroom of the Tallahassee Senior Center (visit www.tallydancer.com for complete schedule). A caller teaches each dance before the music begins and provides prompts. A string band plays the tunes. No experience required and you do not need to bring a partner. Wear comfortable clothes and flat soft-soled shoes. Newcomers should arrive by 7:15 for the introductory lesson. This is a great opportunity to connect with community members of all ages in a smoke and alcohol-free environment and enjoy great music!
