Leonia Maresch of Stellar Designs, an artist of fine jewelry, will host her second annual one-woman show. Once again, the setting for the show is the Wirick Simmons House, in Monticello, Florida. The house was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972 and the antique furnishings serve as a dramatic back drop to display her jewelry. A resident of Monticello, Maresch works with precious and semi-precious stones using gold and fine silver. Each piece is one of a kind. Working mainly with jewelry, she also continues painting. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Maresch was surrounded by art and music as a child which led her to study both avenues of artistic expression throughout her life.
