This month, our literary night series is taking a different turn to bring you a staged reading of "Connections," A Play in One Act by Charlene Cappellini. "Connections" uncovers the secrets of three generations of women facing family crises. Set in a convalescent home in rural North Florida, this bittersweet drama uses dark humor to bring to light the universal problems of women at different stages of life.
Charlene Cappellini has had a career as a writer, editor, and production manager at FSU and TCC. A poet and memoir essayist, she also served as a year as a Community Columnist for the Tallahassee Democrat. One of her stories will appear in the forthcoming issue of Apalachee Review.
