Friends of Maclay Gardens annual Tour of Gardens

Friends of Maclay Gardens annual Tour of Gardens

Presented by Friends of Maclay Gardens, Inc. at Maclay Gardens State Park

The day starts at 9 a.m. with a continental breakfast and silent auction at Maclay Gardens State Park. Participants will then get maps and directions for a self-paced and self-driven tour of eight area gardens where docents from the UF/Leon County Master Gardener program will be on hand to answer questions.

Gardens on the tour were chosen for their ability to inspire and delight.

“We selected gardens that would not only impress you, but also whisper ‘You can do this,’ said Gary Griffin, FOMG president. “We have some pretty spectacular gardens this year; many that haven’t been open to the public before.”
