The Tallahassee Genealogical Society’s Family Heritage Expo offers the public an opportunity to view a variety of “treasures” on a Sunday afternoon. Family history enthusiasts will be showcasing their family heirlooms and projects. The displays are expected to include items such as family trees and histories, postcards and letters, musical instruments and photos. You are welcome to ask questions, as society members enjoy explaining the historical and genealogical significance of their displays.
The Heritage Expo will be held 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. April 2 at the Leroy Collins (Main) Library, Program Rooms A & B, 200 W. Park Ave., in Tallahassee. Admission is free. For more information, please email vpprograms@talgensoc.com.
