Sound Journey 4:30 pm – 5:30pm: Harmonic Frequencies: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments, promoting relaxation, introspection, and spiritual connection.  Integrate Intentions: The sound journey will help you anchor your intentions and resonate with positive energy.  Gentle Transition: Ease into the New Year with a gentle transition, leaving behind what no longer serves you and embracing the transformative power of sound.

Conversation and Clean up 6:30 pm- 7:00 pm:  Reflect and Connect: Engage in meaningful conversations with fellow participants. Share your experiences and insights from the evening.

Details:  Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.  Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions are recommended for a cozy and immersive experience. If you have a portable lounge chair feel free to bring that.
