Experience the breathtaking beauty of the underwater Wakulla Springs Cave System.
Explore the wonders of the amazing underground river that lies beneath us. The hybrid evening program will feature world-renowned cave explorer, researcher and filmmaker Dr. Christopher Werner, who will discuss the history of research of this cave system and show exclusive footage from his upcoming documentary. Discussion includes the recent discovery by divers connecting the 7-mile Chip’s Hole Cave System with the 38-mile Wakulla Cave System. Together, this nearly 45-mile-long underground river system emerges at the famous Wakulla Springs.
